5. How We Process Your Content

5.1 AI Processing with Claude (Anthropic)

What Happens to Your Content:

When you submit content for repurposing, we send it to Anthropic's Claude API for transformation. Your content is processed securely and returned to you.

Processing Steps:

  1. Transmission: Your Customer Content is securely transmitted to Anthropic's Claude API via HTTPS.
  2. Processing: Claude processes your content according to our prompts.
  3. Generation: Claude generates platform-optimized content variations.
  4. Return: Generated Content is returned to our system and delivered to you.
  5. Storage: We store Generated Content so you can access and reuse it.
Anthropic's Data Handling:

According to Anthropic's Enterprise API terms, your data is not used to train their AI models. Anthropic does not retain your prompts or content after processing.

5.2 Our Data Retention for Content

Original Content 90 days or until you delete it.
Generated Content Indefinitely, unless you delete it.
Generation History 12 months.
Account Data For the duration of your subscription + 90 days.

5.3 What We Don’t Do With Your Content

We do NOT:

  • ❌ Sell your data to advertisers or data brokers.
  • ❌ Share your content with third parties (except processors like Anthropic/Stripe).
  • ❌ Claim ownership of your Content or Generated Content.
  • ❌ Use your content in marketing without explicit permission.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We share your information only in these limited situations:

6.1 Service Providers

  • Anthropic (Claude AI): Content processing for generation.
  • Stripe: Payment processing and subscription billing.
  • Database & Hosting Providers: Secure storage and infrastructure.

6.2 Legal & Safety

  • To comply with applicable laws, regulations, or legal processes.
  • To protect the rights, property, or safety of OmniPostr, our users, or the public.
Important: We do not sell your personal information.

7. Data Security

  • API key–based authentication and rate limiting.
